About Us
Harrow Aluminart is based in Durban, South Africa. We are a young company and are passionate about what we do.
About two years back we searched home decor retail stores for a candle holder that was solid looking, elegant, and yet not too ornate. We couldn't find what we were looking for, so we decided to make our own. This could not have been done without the help of Eddy Davies at the Natal Technicon. Thanks Eddy, we will always be grateful.
Our friends were very impressed, and said that we just had to make and market these candle holders. With comments like "stunning" to keep us going, we started out on an unknown voyage. This has been a steep learning curve, challenging and interesting, but very satisfying.
We would describe our own decorating preference as leaning toward a more traditional theme. In our apartment we have rooms decorated in both traditional and contemporary styles. We proudly display our functional ornaments in either.
